no no no，it's dirt cheap。哈哈，你那新西兰一线跟美国一线比较一下。虽然不是一个档次，但是都是一线哦

他们先去nz immigration 网站，查个半天，明白了，有数了

然后去realestate网站，五分钟，明白了，放弃了

如果投资可以这么算，如果移民了还不是赚nz的工资吗

而且除了几个大城市，其他地方工资不算高

文不对题啊，我说新西兰贵，他说美国收入高，但我说美国不是所有地方收入高，而且搬过来之后，美国收入也没了。。。赚nz工资好不好，你可以讨论以下嘛

原来这样，我没细看。大概能来的还是有钱人吧，民主党的拥蹵，都是两头嘛。最好只来钱不来负担啦。上次谁说来的都是富豪，不会影响小民的房价。但是会影响小民的经济生活啊。他们来消费当然好。

这些老美不可以先做个资产转移，退休之后再来定居吗？以前认识一个加拿大退休白人律师，娶了一40多岁的华人太太，这俩满世界找房子买，在乌拉圭／香港／新加坡都去买了房，这叫资产全球配置吧，哪里涨就去哪里买
