I got around nzd20k before tax 2010 after worked for the company 11 years. 2010 was the year I first time got nzd100k for ird tax income. :-)

你这个是按照工资比例来算的吗？

看合同——如果合同没有注明的话，根据新西兰雇佣关系法，雇主可以一分钱不赔。

当然雇主愿意赔100万都没问题，只是从法律上讲，没有赔的义务，如果是正常redundancy的话

Each year's service qualify one week leave payment. 10 years max

I got lots of annual leave too.

I am very happy to get redundant in 2010, otherwise I might still be busy developing delphi code and cannot find someone to give me a programmer job. You know delphi's market is dead.
