Pure World Trading Ltd mainly offers to our customers local high quality nutritional supplements, natural skincare, healthy lifestyle products and sheepskin products, our main market is Chinese market. We export our products to China.
We are now looking for two retail assistants to join our team in Petone.
To succeed in the role you will:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Be able to use office software and We-Chat
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Desire to continually improve and increase product knowledge
• work part time and be able to work on Saturdays
In this role you are expected to:
• Taking orders and answering customers queries and advising customers on products
• Packing the products in cartons
• Promoting special offers according to manager's instructions
• Building and maintaining the company’s image and reputation with its customers
Basic trainings provided. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
