关于新政策加30分好诱人的说。那么问题来了，要在外地工作多久才能加分呢？3个月？1年？
请问在移民局网站上有明确的规定吗？
求解答谢谢

Compliance with section 49(1) conditions
It is important that you read and understand all the following information.
If you are granted a resident visa on the basis that you qualify for points for an offer of skilled
employment in New Zealand, or you have been in skilled employment in New Zealand for less than
three months, you are subject to the following conditions.
• If you have an offer of skilled employment, you must take up that offer of skilled employment within three
months of being granted your first resident visa, and remain in that employment (or another position of
employment that meets the requirements for offers of skilled employment including requirements for
bonus points if the offer of employment qualified for bonus points), for a period of at least three months, or
• If you have been in skilled employment in New Zealand for less than three months, you must remain
in that employment (or another position of employment that meets the requirements for current
skilled employment including requirements for bonus points if the employment qualified for bonus
points), for a period of at least three months, and
• You must inform INZ of your residential address and any changes to that address while you are
subject to those requirements, and
• You must submit evidence to INZ that within five years of being granted your first resident visa,
the requirements set out above were met.
These conditions are imposed under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009.
If you have a partner or child accompanying you, they will also have requirements imposed upon them
that reflect your requirements.
Non-compliance with section 49(1) conditions
If you do not demonstrate, to the satisfaction of INZ, that you have met the conditions imposed
under section 49(1) of the Act, you and the any accompanying partner or dependent child may
become liable for deportation under section 159(i) of the Immigration Act 2009.

对于smc来说，一般就是如果你claim了工作加分，就要工作满3个月。。。

其实应该延长到至少1年，3个月太短了。。。。

我记得奥克兰以外满一年20分
再加上新西兰工作满一年10分
总计可以拿30分。
具体还是去移民局官网看吧

明年这个时候要是国家党继续执政，现在演的戏都可以停了。。。

要是工党执政我看也会停的，都是为了选票

Why do you want to go to usa? Are you assuming people in usa very polite? People can be shot in the park place in supermarket due to the Second Amendment

And the house price in these tech area in usa is very expensive. These employee have to stay in car park to save to afford to buy a house even they have very high salary.
Usa is a disaster according to Donald Trump :-) They have to make usa great again which means now is really realy bad. :-)

What you said might not be 100% correct.

Of course that you need to care. The hr will just find the next candidate who can work on the project and let you pass. I guess no one can stop the earth rotating if he/she die. And you will be in the middle of nowhere and thinking where to go. :-) You just need to think hard about it. :-)

What you said might not be 100% correct.

Of course, in the way to try to stay in usa, it will cost you time. It is not free. Everyone has limited lifespan. i.e. 80 years.

Let's say that you work hard for about a year and the reason for the company to hire you is because they can pay less for you comparing to hire a usa citizen and then the company bank corrupt. You cannot find other company to hire you and you have to go back where you were coming from. You wasted a year of your life.

That is just an example. :-)
