家里装修厨房需要买炉灶，想请问大家一下那种电磁炉的induction stove好用吗？店里员工一直推荐这个，好几千，说升温快，效率高，可定时，防烫伤，有用过的能分享下经验吗？谢啦。

个人感觉煤气比较好其次是电热的你说得那种最不好我觉得是蚊香形状那种

I have got induction cooktop at home. I would highly recommend it. It is safe, easy to clean and energy efficient.

怎么个 energy efficient 法儿呢？不费电么？
我的electrician 说他要确定一下那个地方的power cable能够承受。我猜是单位时间的用电量很大，或开启的时候用电量很大的意思。总的用电量不大么？

朋友的朋友说不好，她可能是old fashion，不在乎安全不安全，她在乎的是大多数锅不能用，特地花了几百块换了一套锅。我觉得一般不锈钢的锅都能用吧

I am not too sure about the total power consumption. When I use it, I feel the heat goes directly to the pan and then the pan becomes the heating source to cook the food because other cooking area is not hot or warm at all. The heat is not lost into the air. However your friend is right about the limitation of the pans. Cookwares that can be used on induction cooktop is generally more expensive than others.

induction 比gas 好, induction 也炒菜也能做到有鑊氣的效果, 關鍵是鍋具.

我家是gas的, 多想換個induction..

刚从煤气换的induction,很好，火很快炒菜效果不次于煤气，主要也干净不伤锅了。防烫，用的那个炉位还是烫的，其他位置很好

我也是电磁灶，用一段时间后，完全打消了换成燃气灶的打算。干净，快速，而且夏天做饭绝对不热。

就是刚开始阶段需要适应。
