Woman dead in stabbing in West Auckland

A woman is in custody after following the death of a woman in west Auckland this afternoon.

Police were called to a house on School Rd in Te Atatu shortly after 4pm following reports a woman had been stabbed. She died soon after.

The dead woman, who had reportedly been at the house to get her nails done, was in her mid 30s and had two children according to Fairfax.
