No, they cannot submit an online application together unless they want to apply for their visa separately, which means they have to submit two visitor visa applications online (one for your father, one for your mother).
Or they can apply for their visitor visa by submitting a paper-based visitor visa application form INZ-1017 and other supporting documents. The application checklist is on the second page of the application form if you wish to find out the requirements.
If they intend to stay in New Zealand for longer than 6 months, then they need to provide their X-ray certificates along with the application. The instructions allow a visitor to stay a total of no more than nine months in an 18-month period. As per instruction, your parents are able to apply for a visitor visa for seven and a half months.
The application fee is $165.

PS: The government has invested more than 100 million dollars to set up its immigration online system already, but this crab system doesn’t work if 2 or 2+ applicants apply together in the same application at the same time, not until they invest more money on it.....作者: 简爱 时间: 2016-10-15 13:19:57
