以前是140自动筛选上，100到140有一定几率，现在这个160我是想问是低于160直接不能筛选还是说100到160也是有一定几率的啊？？？谁能专业的解释清楚下，别乱说

What was the situation before?

Previously, all EOIs were selected where the person had claimed:

140 points or more
100-139 points, where they claimed points for a New Zealand job offer

What are the changes?

From 12 October 2016 only EOIs with 160 points or more will be selected. This will enable the number of Skilled Migrant Category resident visas granted in 2016/17 to remain within the target range.

官网上写明了，ONLY 160分或以上的才能被选中！
那就是100-159分都是浮云

可是这个地址里写的是the automatic selection mark上升到160，没有提到100-159分要怎样 @_@

上面都没有改信息。还是移民局官网的配套信息，都不及时更新。
貌似移民局是脑子一热就发个通知该政策？

前面那个有说如果有新西兰level7 以上学历就不用雅思了，但是160分这个条件太苛刻了。

你在哪里看的？我一开始也是这么认为但是大家都说160以下没机会了

对于本科学历！或者雅思不是硬伤！对于专科学生！雅思就是让人恐惧的！

以前可以用一年工作经验顶替雅思要求（如下），现在是必须有英语国家背景或雅思或本科学历以上

又提到自动入选的分数从140提到160。
这是几个意思，160以下的没门还是只有自动入选分数有改动，随机入选还是照旧？

就算2年本科学历，移民官仍然有要雅思的权力

就是说我如果读了3年diploma加半年degree这个level7 不能算？
因为我们学校就是读完diploma在读半年就算是degree了。

新西兰语言这里就不合理，加拿大英国人都要雅思只要你想移民，澳洲更是提高到4个7. 新西兰再不跟上来的移民都不好找工作。。大学读半年语言就让学专业课，导致学了3年的本科毕业英语依然无法沟通的中国留学生不在少数。。。

注意看第二条，过去过100分并且有job offer的人可以申请，再看看现在

the way applicants show evidence that they meet the minimum standard of English language is changing
根本没提过100分有job offer的情况，再看这句(regardless of whether an applicant has a job offer)

再看移民局提到不够160分怎么办
What should I do if I was planning to put an expression of interest in under the Skilled Migrant Category but I can’t meet the new points threshold?
If you cannot meet the new points threshold, we would not recommend that you submit an EOI as it is unlikely to be selected. You may wish to look at our other options for residency to find a category that is more suitable for your situation. To find out about other categories for applying for residence in New Zealand, explore residence options on our website.
人家不建议申请，因为不够160分不可能被选上。。。

所以结论是必须要160分才可以申请，而且必须拿出证据。。

我很赞同你拉选票的看法，这个我一直预测会出某些限制移民规定来安慰大家拿选票。没想到这次也开始率选移民了。例如刷掉像我朋友这样的。我有一个阿根廷朋友，西厨的，英语很难拿到6.5，最终读了一年就毕业，然后跑去hawke bay 去做厨师拿pr了。靠的就是一年工作经验（洋人环境），现在他英语好了一些但是6.5可能还是有问题。单讲西厨，我觉得这种情况挺普遍的。刷掉了好把名额给有更高级学位的移民。

没错，我也看了好几遍，从官方发布信息理解，确实是160 or more才会被选择了，说实话杀伤力巨大，影响一大批，尤其是商科读GD的，几乎必须离开奥克兰才有希望了。。。
貌似这个政策就是绞杀商科的，定位非常精准，其他技能类受影响，但还有办法。。。。

看看明天的选取结果吧，决定了政策的具体执行力度。。。。。

在奥克兰有工作的还真不一定可以够160分，所以应该这次政策的目的是： 1. 限制没有工作的申请；2. 限制英语成绩不够的；3，引导大家到奥克兰以外工作。

从INZ官网来看，只要160及以上的。英语要求如下，不能用工作经验抵扣了。

English language rules have changed
From 12 October 2016, the evidence you need to show you have a minimum standard of English under the Skilled Migrant Category has changed.

Under the new rules, you will need to provide one of the following for yourself, as the principal applicant, and each applicant aged 16 and above in your application:
An International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certificate score of 6.5 or more for yourself as principal applicant, or 5 for non-principal applicants, in the General or Academic module. IELTS certificates must be less than two years old.
Evidence of citizenship in Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States of America (USA), and evidence of having spent at least five years working or studying in those countries, or in Australia or New Zealand.
Evidence of having a recognised qualification, which was gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK or the USA, that’s comparable to a New Zealand bachelor’s degree. The person who holds this qualification must have studied for at least two years in any of those countries to get that qualification.
Evidence of having a recognised qualification, which was gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK or the USA, that’s comparable to a postgraduate New Zealand qualification. 这个和学的专业有关系吧，一般的话工作50，年龄30，学历50-70. 其他的分数就要再找了，都是有些麻烦的，没有以前申请那么简洁了。

作为单身狗好伤心啊。要办pr的单身狗只有离开奥克兰了，有配偶的必须雅思都过关啦

不用拿到pr第2天回来奥克兰，但是就是半年后啦，1年后回来，2年后回来，过程不重要！结果还是回来！
就算等到奥克兰房价跌倒10年前价位再回来，也是回来啊！难道签证上还能备注买房自能在原工作城市？
