We are now looking for a Customer Service .
Key attributes we are looking for:
• Fluency in both English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal skills
• Knowledge about China and Asian cultures
• Knowledge about NZ food related products will be advantageous
In this role you are expected to:
• Plan, develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate increased sales in China through brand image reinforcement
• Build and maintain the company’s image and reputation with its customers in China
• Work with customer services staff to explain the needs of the client and motivate them to provide ta high standard of service
• Identify and organise service that will simplify the commercial arrangements with clients
