Oxford Women Hospital, specialist is way better than midwife according to my personal experience.

是在Papanui区在St George's医院院里叫Christchurch Obstetrics and Gynaecology Associates。服务很好，那里有个专家叫 Colin Conaghan，他是基督城最有经验的specialist之一。你不是必须要用specialist但是个人感觉用了放心

作为一个两个娃的奶爸，我觉得花钱请个妇科专家是值得的，老大的出生时顺产不行然后医院给做的紧急剖腹产，过程就不提了，妈妈和孩子都受罪。老二出生前本来找的是BEN SHARP,不巧那天BEN 一天有其他手术, 老二出生就是BEN 的同事RICHARD DOVER 给做的剖腹产，真的很专业也让人放心。在手术室里的全程都很轻松。 http://www.oxfordwomenshealth.co ... benjamin-sharp.html

Midwife does not want to give any pain relief.

I heard that they get paid more if the cost of labour is less. So they try to save money. ( not sure if it is true. It is said that this was revealed by a nurse in Auckland).

My midwife did not give any pain relief help.

Specialist would give, but the midwife did not agree.

A little bit worried that if the midwife would do the " cut and sew" without any pain relief too.

Specialist would do it in the proper way.

I think it is better to get a specialist, do not worry about money at this matter. Only once or twice a life.

我们用的是上面有人介绍的 Colin Conaghan。确实是非常的好。推荐。

当时我的mw很积极的推荐让我用一些pine relief 的方法，我最初还觉得可有可无，可是mw说我没有必要忍受疼痛，只不过最后我没有等到麻醉师。
