请教大律师，二年前因为careless driving上庭，后与警方达成diversion。
如何回答申请工作时遇到的以下问题： Do you have any pending charges, convictions, or findings of guilt, for any offences either in New Zealand or any other country (excluding traffic or parking offences which did not involve a Court appearance)? It is not required to disclose any convictions covered by the Criminal Records (Clean Slate) Act 2004.
