20.0 Title - Registered Interests 20.1 The purchasers acknowledge they have been advised that any interests noted on the search copy of the title to the property whether by way of covenant, easement, caveat or memorial or otherwise should be referred to a lawyer or an expert trained in law and experienced in property law, for independent advice, prior to bidding on or buying the property.
