海外买家投资房两年后卖需要交税吗？谢谢大家！

for an overseas person, there is no such thing as " main house" (自住房)

if sold within 2 years, withholding tax is mandatory and will be deducted from lawyer's trust account.

if sold after 2 years, IRD will look for you ( or your associated person), and they will try to trace you down if you are overseas. If you intend to immigrate to NZ, they will have a record of unpaid tax.

谢谢！意思是海外买家无论两年前或后卖房都得付百分之三十三增值稅吗？
