感覺現在是這個property cycle牛市的最後一波，就差是什麼黑天鵝事件和世界大事發生把情勢逆轉了。。像當年雷曼兄弟事件。。

haha.... this guy ( author) is into peer -to- peer lending as well as a developer.

he made an almost similar call in 2014... and predict interest to go upward to 7% or so and liquidate his development project in Avondale?

有房子的人都不希望房市有大波动。只是个人不能左右房市起伏，所以面对现实还是需要的。
