這房子今天拍賣，但 $600k 也拍不到，從而流拍。問了 Agent 但他說這房子什麼問題都沒有。現在 Vendor 只要超過 $600k 都會考慮賣，到抵為這房子有什麼狀況會這麼便宜。

The cladding is cheap, and it will soon need replacement, i saw another one in this complex. 5D, listed with barfoot b4, after it passed it the asking price was 540k
