Parking vehicles on the grass verge or berm can cause damage to the grass, planted surfaces and services buried below, for example, telephone and electrical cables, plumbing pipes, drains, gas lines, water, waste water and sewerage lines.
Enforcement of this rule won't happen unless road safety is compromised.
