大家好，最近父母移民T1由上海移民局成功获批，上来答谢一下大家的热心帮忙，也同时分享下个人的经验。因为用的是公司电脑，上面的输入法不太会用。好吧，我不应该在上班时间干这个，老板，我不敢了，敢了，敢。。。。。

我们是去年四月底递交的EOI，然后11月选中的，因为年底公司比较忙，所以材料是刚过了新年才准备的。朋友回国就一起帮忙带到国内，省了不少的银子。一月6号移民局受理，1月16号，星期六晚上收到了移民官的信，大体意思就是她是CO，我们归她管，有事直接找她。4月的时候竟然从上海打电话过来给我，问我工作性质，工资待遇，并且问我干了多久（因为这个工作作了3年多了，就随便说了几句）就再也没有消息了。其余什么都没有要，除了income summary又要了一年的，又要了一份父母详细的工作履历表。6月份就OA了。没有要任何复杂的证明，感觉非常的顺利。CO回邮件非常的快，4小时之内肯定会有回复。
通过办理这件事，我认为：
1，如果交材料给移民局，cover letter一定要写好，我把邀请信上需要的东西全列在cover letter，然后每一项都标记了号码，然后每项的补充材料也标记了对应的号码，然后放入不同颜色的FOLDER。这样很方便移民局翻阅。
2，信上要的东西，一定要有，否则要求补充材料费时费力。当初邀请信上说要income summary和pay information, 我只给了一年的pay information，果然就让我补了。
3，NSC是真查，不是走过场，如果已经填上了的工作履历，一定要写清楚，尤其是家里有部队的，一定要把番号和职位写清楚。否则耽误审查进度。

相信大家每个人都会做的比我好，准备的也会很充分。今天就在这里废话几句，希望已经批到的在新西兰生活幸福，还没有拿到的，不要着急，曙光就在前面。

只是以前在部队20多年，专业了。部队的也没问题的，我朋友父母都是军官，也可以啊

Application Forms and Guides
Please find following important links to the forms and guides you will need:
·                   Parent Category Application (INZ 1206)

·                   Sponsorship Form for Residence for applications under the Family Parent Category ( INZ 1024)
·                   General Medical Certificate (INZ1007) and Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ1096)
·                   Health Requirements leaflet (INZ1121)
·                   National Security Check Form (INZ1209)

These forms must be downloaded, completed and returned to us along with the scanned Parent Category Expression of Interest form INZ1202 and the supporting documentation listed later in this letter.

PLEASE NOTE: The scanned copy of your Expression of Interest INZ1202 will be emailed to you within the next 10 working days.

Confirming the information is correct
You will need to confirm that the information you provided in your scanned Expression of Interest is true and correct.

You will need to answer any questions in the form that you previously left unanswered. If you wish to change the information you supplied in your Expression of Interest, you must clearly indicate this in INZ 1202 Section O: Additional information when lodging an application. You must sign Section P: Declaration for changes included with your application. You must then submit your application with all the documents requested below.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
You must supply the following documents for your application to be accepted for lodgement

IMPORTANT:
·       Please ensure you send all the requested documents with your application.  Without all these documents, we will be unable to complete processing on your application.
·       Any documents submitted that are not in English must be accompanied by an English translation prepared and certified by a recognised private or official translation service.
·       Please ensure all documents are either certified copies or originals.  If you send originals, please send a photocopy as well, and we will return the originals to you.
·       If we are currently holding a Parent Category residence application submitted by you under the previous Parent policy (lodged before 16 May 2012), you are not required to pay an application fee when submitting your application, however you will be required to pay a Facilitation Fee and a courier fee if you want your passport to be returned to you by courier.

¨  A cover letter listing all the documents you have submitted
¨  Your scanned and signed Parent Category Expression of Interest form (INZ1202).
¨  Completed Parent Category Residence Application form (INZ1206).
¨  Completed Sponsorship form for Residence for applications under the Family Parent Category (INZ1024).
¨  Completed National Security Check form (INZ1209) for you and your partner.
¨  Original or certified copy of your and your partner’s passports.
¨  Original or certified copy of your and your partner’s full birth certificates.
¨  Original police certificates for your and your partner’s country of citizenship and each country you and your partner have lived in for 12 months or more in the last 10 years.
You also need to provide a photocopy of the original police clearance certificate letter issued by the local Public Security Bureau, accompanied by an official English translation. These should be no more than six months old at the time you submit your application. Please ensure you send the correct police clearance - for information on how to obtain the correct police certificates check our website:

¨  Completed medical and chest x-ray certificates for each applicant. These should be no more than three months old at the time that you submit your application. Please note: If you have provided a medical with a previous application within the last 36 months, you may not be required to provide another. If your previous medical had abnormalities, you will be requested to provide further information or a new medical with this application.  If the chest x-ray you provided is now more than 6 months old, you will need to provide a new one.
¨  Evidence of your partnership status.  Please ensure the evidence shows that you and your partner have resided together for more than a 12-month period.  You should include recent documents as well as historical ones to cover more than a 12-month period.  Evidence of common residence must include the name of the person the document is addressed to (joint or individual documents are acceptable), the address of the person, and the date of issue.  Evidence from third parties will be more useful, for example, utility bills (power, gas, water, internet, television, telephone), evidence of joint property purchase, banking records, insurance documents and post-stamped envelopes that have been addressed to you.

You must also supply the following evidence to support the claims you have made:
¨  Evidence of your relationship to your sponsor.
¨  Evidence of your sponsor's status in New Zealand. For example, please send a certified copy of their passport and current visa label.
¨  Evidence that your sponsor currently resides in New Zealand (e.g. his/her rates invoices, phone bills, payslips).
¨  Evidence you meet the English language requirements or confirmation you intend to pre-purchase ESOL tuition.
¨  Evidence of your sponsor’s income including the work certificate letter from current employer, payslips, bank statements showing regular wage payments, the most recent IRD summary of earnings (this can be downloaded from the internet) and IRD earnings information for the past 12 months.  If your sponsor's partner is also financially supporting the case, we will also need to see evidence of their partnership relationship covering more than 12 months.  If your sponsor is claiming income from a business, they will need to provide evidence of wages or drawings paid to their bank account, a copy of the business tax and accounts records, and a personal tax summary for the past 12 months.

这个不用多担心吧，怎么调查真不知道。我们的履历里也有一个工作单位破产并且被别公司收购的情况，但是没有打一点麻烦，反倒是军队的一些detail和军衔让我们补充了一遍

照片，机票（能证明一起出门，父母以前来探亲时的，还有中转国家的住宿证明），其实最重要的是户口本公正，和结婚证明，最起码可以证明两个人一起住。实在不行就去街道或者工会开个证明信啥的。因为父母在新西兰这里，所以我们就直接去开了个联名账号，虽然里面没啥钱，然后MOORE WILSON等，能给我们寄信的地方都去办了卡。。。

OA后差不多一个星期多点就有AIP的信了，有的时候可能要多等等，但是不会时间很长的，恭喜~~

这个我也不清楚，我就直接把合同上签了名字，然后把AIP复印了一份，付钱的证据付给他了，让他们自己猜的。。。。
