Auckland was the only region to see an increase in the number of days it took to sell, increasing by three days to 32 days from a year earlier.
看看Auckland能否再降至少两个月,这样房价上升(控制在8%以内）就显得更温和了。

都抄了5年的底了，咋有人抄？吵来吵去估计也就那么几个人吧，把七大姑八大姨都约来抄底了

环比下跌0.9% 同比增长7.8% 这也叫下跌？！

同以下几个大区的同比增长率比
Hamilton City  29.7%
Tauranga    33.0%
Mt Maunganui/Papamoa 34.9%
Rotorua  18.9%

Auckland 增长（仅7.8%）相当温和了。

趋势主要看环比，环比持续下降说明拐点到了。
不过不看数据，单纯从市场上看，自住型买家还是很多，适合自住的房源少，一房难求。

就算是只还interest only的房贷也只是打平

7.8% 还好了，多少有点租金的。
但感觉目前的气氛一年后如果5%都不到，就有点提心吊胆的瞎忙活了
