各位好！在INZ1176中写了5种由Resident转成Permanent Resident的途经。除了最常见的两年中每年待满184天外，我很想了解第5项的要求。
此条中要求你在申请表中的所有直系亲属必须要新西兰待满184天，而我是一个人申请的Resident签证，不知道自己能不能适合于此条。
个人感觉这条有点模棱两可。可以理解为必须要有亲属在这待满184天，没有亲属就不符合此条的要求。或者理解为既然没有亲属就不需要有亲属待满184天。
请各位大大帮我解释下，如果有哪位有现实的类似案例最好。

如果我能符合这条，就可能考虑买房子，或者工作满9个月，而免得待两年了。因为个人有一些其他的计划。谢谢各位！

5. Established base in New Zealand
You have been in New Zealand as a resident for a total of at least 41 days in the 12-month period immediately
before lodging your permanent resident visa application, and all members of your immediate family who were
included in your residence application have resided in New Zealand for a total of at least 184 days in the two-year period immediately before lodging your permanent resident visa application. Also, either:
• you own and maintain a family home in New Zealand*, or
• you have been genuinely employed full-time in New Zealand, in paid employment, for a total of at least nine months in the two-year period immediately before lodging your permanent resident visa application. Employment involving payment by commission and/or retainer is not acceptable.
With your application you will have to provide evidence of owning and maintaining a home or evidence of
employment.
Evidence of owning and maintaining a home may include:
• your residential property title deed
• mortgage documents
• rate demands
• home insurance papers, and
• accounts for the telephone, electricity, gas or water.
Evidence of employment may include written confirmation of your full-time employment from your employer(s).
If you are self-employed, you should provide evidence you have established, purchased or hold shares in a business
in New Zealand, and are actively involved in managing or operating that business.[attach]1398858[/attach]

打了两个电话给移民局。一次肯定说可以，另一次肯定说不可以。晕了。。。

貌似第二条条款会容易满足。:D

这些条款的意思是如果2年内没待满184天，那么买房子或如果2年内的时间段中，在递交申请日之前的9个月中一直有全职工作

看东西要看全，你别忘了人家在五个附加条件之前有这么一段话：
You must:
• hold a resident visa, or have held one in the last three months （过去三个月持有居民签证）
• hold, or have held, that resident visa for at least two years continuously, and it has been at least two years since your first day as a resident in New Zealand （获得居民签证后的入境第一天起，满两年）
• have met any conditions that your resident visa was subject to under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act（签证上的条件满足了）
• meet character requirements for residence（依旧满足居民签证的条件：比如没有杀人放火啦，没有搞反革命的事儿啦，没有偷袭过岛民啦，没有艾滋、麻风病等对公众健康有风险的疾病啦，等等）
• have met one of the five commitments to New Zealand criteria set out below. （现在才考虑五个附加条件，就是你说的那些）

所以，RV转PRV的前提是：满足四个先决条件 + 满足五个附加条件之一

举例：多数人是满足四个先决条件 + 满足五个附加条件里的第一个（每年184天）这样的方式换成永久居民签，也有人通过满足四个先决条件 + 满足五个附加条件里的第二个（41天税务居民）的方式。

说可以可能是因为你单独问这五个附加条件，人家假定你满足了四个先决条件。说不可以的估计被问多了，我当时看全了也故意去问过，人家见我们这样问的多了。

INZ1176原意我的理解是在递交PRV申请之前的2年内一共全职工作不少于9个月。
