我有一块地在现行的unitary plan 是4a 有809平米只能分两块。但是在proposed unitary plan 是mixed housing suburban zone 可以分4块。请问proposed unitary plan 有效吗？我能按4块分吗

除非你的地是在Speical Housing Area 否則目前unitary plan 基本還沒生效獨立聽證委員會還在準備建議給市政府到8月中才知道究竟是什麼情況

再說貌似你這mixed suburban 200就能分好像是之前被否決了的方案？

Mixed suburban 200 能分已经被否决了么？
说来也怪，mixed urban都只能300才能分，为什么他们想出来suburban 200 就可以分。

lz 直接去council问planner比较好，即使不能给你板上钉钉的答复，也会很有帮助的。
话说这个paup真是搞得大家稀里糊涂的，唉

我是找了一大公司的senior planner 告诉我PauP 允许,收我900咨询费还加其他服务,我是在不知到这个PauP 到底能和council申请吗

谢谢大家回复，我在city council website 上找到答案了
The Auckland Unitary Plan Independent Hearings Panel (the Panel) completed the hearings on 13 May 2016.
The Panel will provide its recommendations on the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan to Auckland Council no later than 22 July 2016. The recommendations will be available on the website on the afternoon of 27 July 2016.
Auckland Council's Governing Body will consider the Panel's recommendations and decide whether to accept them in part or in full, or reject them.
The council must publicly notify its decision by 19 August 2016. The decision will be available on the website from that date.

收你$900就只是告訴你200能分卻連幾時生效都不告訴你？

這個去年12 月的Council的所謂新“position”下 mixed urban 已經定為無密度限制了所以才引起社區那麼大反應雖然很多人不了解密度只是其中一個要求要市政府同意項目要符合很多不同發展管制的規定不可能真正做到你想建幾多就幾多

这个大公司的senior planner可真够狠的，明知paup还是propose阶段没人说得准，还收你900.

我只是收到他的email还没正式见面商谈。我喜欢在meeting之前先做够homework . 他会和我详谈分割方案，他们帮我测我的管道埋多深，周围环境等，更据这些告诉我几套方案供我选择。不是他说什么就什么。我要从中学习。我不已经自学找到正确答案了吗？还阅读了一些条文，900刀很便宜的学费
