Provide information about any person assisting the applicant with this application by providing immigration advice, explaining, translating, or recording information on the form for the applicant. 请问，父母没有英语基础，所以填写表格时理论上讲肯定要协助翻译。但是，儿女没有移民中介牌照是不应当提供解释及翻译服务的。
所以，在这个问题上，是否有潜在的违法问题？

根据《2007移民顾问执照法》，如果您应该注册却未注册成为移民顾问, 新西兰移民局将退还您客户的申请材料。除豁免
注册情况外，未持有执照却提供移民建议属违法行为。
If you are unlicensed when you should be licensed under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, Immigration New Zealand will return your
client’s application. It is an offence to provide immigration advice without holding a licence.
Provide information about any person assisting the applicant with this application by providing immigration advice, explaining, translating, or recording information on the form for the applicant.
