中间价820K了。。。。是不是都麻木了。。。。

售出和new listing 相比二月都少了400套左右。现在上的盘都是对房子比较有信心的。中间价为上去点可以理解个人感觉少了得那400套很多都是中低价位区间

人家说话选择性很强的，用今年4月份数据和今年3月份比一下（正确的），然后用今年4月份数据和去年3月份数据比较（好像有问题吧）。谁能说一下去年4月份的价格呢？

2015年4月平均价是$804,282，今年只比去年涨了不到7万，涨得很少呀

为什么交易量少就是冷了？交易量少时因为房源少。不是更说明supply少了么？

这两年都在盖房，为什么会供应量降低，原因可能是换房的少了，以前平均7年就换一回，现在轻易没人敢以小换大，以旧换新了。一卖一买，弄不好就买不到了。所以买房卖房的都少了，价钱不可能一直升。
