最近看了个房子，现在有房客在住，中介把合同发过来，卖家在合同条款那页写到五天内买家需要投保房屋保险，

按常理不是房屋交割那天才开始保险吗？还是我没太看明人家的意思。

19.0 The purchaserarranging building insurance in respect of the buildings and any otherimprovements on the property on terms and conditions satisfactory to thepurchaser in respects within 5 (five) working days of the date of thisagreement. This condition is inserted for the sole benefit of the purchaser.
