I refer to your email to David Jury, unfortunately he is away at present however I am happy to answer your enquiry as to our fees.

The following quotes are our fees including GST and disbursements with mortgages involved and for transactions under a $1,000,000.00 threshold.

Sale = $1,650.00
Purchase = $1,850.00

My fee on a sale with one mortgage is around $1050 plus gst and disbursements ,so around $1300 inclusive

With a purchase with one mortgage you are looking at around $1200 plus gst and disbursements,so approximately $1600 inclusive

Thank you for your email.

My charge out rate is $250 plus GST per hour. However, for a simple sale of a property with one mortgage, we charge $1275 plus GST and disbursements (usually around $1600 all up). For a simple purchase of a property with one mortgage, we charge $1475 plus GST and disbursements (usually around $2000 all up).

Depending on how complex your transaction is, the quote is an estimate and we may need to charge more if your transaction is complex. Rest assured however, we will advise you if your transaction is or becomes complex.

价格是差真多，从890含税到1800含税。。。话说1000以下的少啊。

一直用的一家，950，麻麻地，但是过户这种东西，又没啥技术含量，够用了、。。。。

这个总体来说，是没错的。但是

1-卖房子，无所谓啦，便宜就行

2-买房子的话，律师要帮查一些资料，如果有一些分歧，比如final inspection时候情况有变，买房律师要可以说话，而不是缩头缩尾。所以买房的时候律师还是要找好一些的。

一百万以下的房子有贷款
我的律师收的$1200 包括GST和所有办公费用产权 LIM Report都查的很仔细还写报告给我
