看了一套老房子，据说是70年代的，但有的文件上显示出50年代字样。看起来内部墙面是全木的，外墙面像喷塑，又像水泥板，还像石棉板，还怀疑过烤瓷。AGENT发了一段视频并解释这个墙体：The building system was used by Modulock as a variance to Lockwood both of which gave solid timber systems much better than framed hollow wall construction but more expensive.
想请教一下大神专家们，这是什么材料？结实吗？防水、抗老化、保暖性如何？
