钱打过去了，就再也没消息了。
在trademe的网站上找来找去，找不到一点能够维护买家权益的地方，连个投诉的地方都没有。

My TradeMe or other online purchase has gone bad. What can I do?

It is most annoying when the bubble of excitement of winning an online auction, sorting out the payment and delivery is burst when the item finally arrives. What can I do? What is my recourse?

The first action should be to read this entire article, then your second action should be a communication to the seller. A phone call is preferable to an email however this is not always possible. If you do have a contact number and get to talk to the seller tell them what your issue is and what you would like them to do about it. If they can't accommodate your request then ask them what are they prepared to do to rectify the situation. Don't get all heated and aggressive on the phone as this will only hinder your chances of a successful negotiation to a resolution. Should you not be able to get a satisfactory result then you have a number of options. This is mostly dependent upon the amount of dollars you are talking about.

If the dispute is only a couple of hundred dollars or less then the most cost effective action is to write off your loss and chalk it down to a life experience. (FML!!!) You can give the seller bad feedback, however that will most certainly result in them giving you the same. Any other form of action will more likely cost you more than your original purchase.

For dollar amounts greater than a few hundred dollars and below $15,000 there is the Disputes Tribunal. You will need to have the sellers legal name or name of the company that set up the auction. You will also need a physical address for the Disputes Tribunal to serve the legal papers. If you can not get these two items then the Disputes Tribunal will not accept your application. Due to the nature of our work we can not represent any person at a Disputes Tribunal hearing because lawyers and professional advocates are not permitted to do so by law, however we can prepare your case or application for you. We have a fixed fee of $975.00 for this service. The way it works is that you send us copies of all your paperwork for us to review and we then discuss it in a phone call. We prepare a draft application and go over this with you. More often than not this will give cause for you to provide us with some more information. The finished application is sent to you for you to then lodge with your local Disputes Tribunal. You then attend the hearing presenting the material we have prepared for you.

For dollar amounts greater than $15,000 then you can either commence civil proceedings through our courts system (rather expensive) or contact us to try any resolve the dispute through mediation.

对方是明显诈骗。如果你有所有证据，包括银行转账证明，拍卖截图。直接告上法庭。希望你当时不是给对方账户直接存的现金。不用看trademe上写的建议。几百刀也是钱。不要害怕。
如果换成是洋人，哪怕几十刀，估计这会你已经收到法院传票了。

对方要是铁了心想骗你说什么都么用，这里的电商就是个卵，尽量少用。。。

我也遇到类似问题了，楼主能加我微信吗 865149251，我上周五买了东西在基督城打了1200过去，他说收到周六给我寄出来，周六短信问他寄了没没回复，周日短信电话都不回复，今天用朋友手机打还是不回复，打算等到周五如果东西没来就去trademe填表了。。。好烦

trademe太坑了，0800电话 2块钱一分钟，摆明了就是没几个客服都让大家发邮件。。。哎

TRADEME可以帮你联系对方,让对方回复你的邮件,让对方解释,但如果对方诚心骗你钱,TRADEME也没有办法,你只能上DISPUTE TRIBUNAL

有很多时候是对方真的有特殊情况,没有来得及回复EMAIL之类的.或者EMAIL在JUNK MAIL BOX里面,对方根本没有看到. 我碰到过三次付了钱之后,等很久的情况,最后都圆满解决了, 你给TRADEME发邮件,他们很快就回复的,不用打那个收费电话.

有点黒，卖个东西500刀，就得收将近40刀，没办法，在上面卖得比较快。买东西一定要当面交钱拿货，有什么不对，就不成交。FEEBACK 他给你一个不好的，你记得也给他一个更坏的，，，，，，，，，，

可以找有实名地址认证的卖家买，TM虽然做不了什么，但肯定可以提供卖家的实际住址，当然，这个要由警察去要了。

trademe被骗50刀，投诉过去，让报警。报案了，3个月后警察电话：找到骗子了，但她搬家离开本地区了，只能等碰到她了，shit.半年后又接到警察电话，找到骗子了，但说她不承认,建议我上tribunnal,shit,除了操蛋，再也无语了。

我也是，没有问题阿，Trade me 挺好的，有时买到华人的货，货物质量就不太好，买洋人的东西都很好啊，我买的是花园用品。

我去年也是买了东西 500刀，然后对方没邮寄给我。。。我投诉了，trademe其实也没有办法，最后报了警，已经过去半年多了。。。中间收到惠灵顿警察局的电话说已经受理。。。。然后现在就是等。。。

被骗的路过，trademe上买过一块表钱打过去了，然后他说人已经离开新西兰了无法给我发货了，但是也没退我款，找了trademe他们竟然说这个卖家是澳洲的所以无能为力。无语

LZ買了啥? 多少錢? 賣家的feedback如何? 一個TM帳號如果積累了幾百上千的正feedback, 就為了吭你幾十刀也不現實

有種賣家我遇過, 錢打過去就沒消息了, 原來對方去holiday了, 過了老久才回, 之後收到貨後還多了點bonus

還有一次是我發的email全進了對方的垃圾箱, 怎麼都聯繫不上, 那次也透過TM處理了, 東西最後也收到了

這樣的賣家只能說是散漫, 不積極, 還說不上是詐騙

我卖一个100块的电脑机箱，当面交易买家检查后拿走，没有任何问题的，过了三天，发邮件给我说前面板坏了，让我退他$20，不退就差评+投诉+法庭。

我都没鸟，后果就是得了一个差评，我解释+给TRADEME发邮件（包括上传完好的机箱图片），什么用都没有，还被BAN 了ID，TRADEME 警告我，不要尝试注册其他TRADEME 账号，TRADEME 也不欢迎我再使用他们的网站。我也是醉了。

多少钱的东西啊？一般商家的话哪怕评价率差些也无妨，但是个人的话即使100%也不好说，一定要看他好评具体写什么，特别是那些好评不多的或者只卖一个东西又no pickup的。我之前被一个100个全好评的骗了400多，就是因为没仔细看，后来一看100个好评全是购买所得的好评，没有一个是selling的好评。。。等于他第一次卖东西，显然是有预谋的。。。
