各位大神，本人想在夜市摆一个卖食品的小摊位像面条，酸辣粉，麻辣拌之类的，但是不知道需要什么证件例如经营许可证或者食品安全证之类的并且如何申请，还有就是摊位该如何申请或者联系谁，本人是学生签不知道能不能摆摊，麻烦知道的能给说一下万分感谢。

You personally will need one day trainning course for Basic Food Safety Certificate. $350??? around I can not remember. Then you need pay stall fee according to the night market. and all those ingredient. It's not as worth as you think. After all those cost. You only make little bit money according to my view. Because you don't have a business and where you can prepare your ingredients? You will need a registed commercail kitchen to prepare the food you sale and you can not do it at home kitchen which is illegal. You will need at least 2 persons. And clean and move away everything after you finished. It's time consumming and hard labour.

我觉得夜市里的都是在家准备食材的吧，我也想去摆摊卖吃的。。

从沙发的英文理解，夜市是不鼓励个人摆摊的，不允许家里准备食材，那就是要商家来啦。
