You will need to call Auckland Transport's 24 hour call centre at 09 355 3553 when the car is parked on the berm and footpath. They can then arrange for a parking office to investigate the issue in a timely manner.

这种事情可以打电话给警察局，不是111，而是当地警察局的电话。
你把车牌号报给警察，警察会尝试联系车主，如果联系不到或者过几分钟车主不把车挪走，警察会叫拖车。
