大家讨论下，有最近买或卖新西兰房产的朋友吗？最近想买房，看到一个1月中刚买房的朋友的购房合同后面Bafoot加多了一页要买家和卖家都要签的表。内容是：01/10/2015后买卖房产的人都要提供IRD NO和Tax Statement给各自的律师，否则就会影响交割。看后感觉今后买卖房产挺烦琐的。

给海外买家和投资买家用的。PR首套房不需要。

是的，我朋友海外房东，没税号都卖不了房。

whatever you said, first house or not, you need to disclose it honestly, IRD will audit if it is really your main house.

Foreigner, company, trust cannot claim Main house.

Main house - is subject to audit by IRD, eg, they will check if it is your main house by linking your utilities bills, address you use etc.
