父母2015年６月办理的三年往返的时候已经办理了无犯罪证明，如果现在递叫移民申请的话，这个无犯罪证明是不是还有效? 不用重新办理了？那递移民材料的时候，还用再交一次吗？ (我看移民局网站写的是２年有效，那在移民表格上怎么能体现出来?

如果需要重新办理, 现在无犯罪记录原件都需要翻译吗? 国内可以在哪里翻译呢?

申请居留签证不同于普通的短期签证，超过6个月都需要重新递交。无犯罪记录证明的要求是这样的，一份当地派出所开具的证明复印件+翻译（国内正规的翻译公司均可），一份无犯罪记录公证书（公证书出中英双版本）。

移民局网站有一项是

Exceptions

You do not need to provide a police certificate:
1.if you have provided a police certificate with a previous *temporary entry visa* that was made within 24 months of the date of issue of the police certificate, or 36 months for student applications.

*Temporary entry visa
All applicants aged 17 years or over who are working, visiting, or studying in New Zealand for 24 months or longer must provide a police certificate.

我妈刚申请的三年往返啊？为什么还需要呢？
