大神们有一个独立车库想在里面做点手工活但是空气太不流通了想多开一个窗户需要审批么？

按照NZ法律。。任何一个房子里小改动都要报批。。。特别是多开了一WINDOWS

WINDOW S AND DOORS IN EXISTING BUILD ING S
Exemption (ae) of Schedule 1
A building consent is not required for the following building work:
(ae) the installation, replacement, or removal in any existing building of a window (including a roof window)
or an exterior doorway if—
(i) compliance with the provisions of the building code relating to structural stability is not reduced; and
(ii) in the case of replacement, the window or doorway being replaced satisfied the provisions of the building
code for durability.

换新的窗户不用，加一个肯定是要的.

窗户涉及到你房子的保温效果，一般是要的。
