钱到账不就好了吗。

有出什么问题的可能性吗？

卖家有必要找律师,钱要先从信托帐户上过,有些买方律师只想同其它律师打交道.

The transfer of legal title of the property from one owner to another can either be completed electronically through LandOnline or manually through filing paper based documentation.

To do an electronic transfer, you need a lawyer, because only those with a licence from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) can use LandOnline.

If you choose to lodge the transfer manually without the assistance of a property lawyer, details on how to do this and the forms required are on the LINZ website: www.linz.govt.nz

当然要找，拍卖后必须是双方律师沟通。
