往家门口帖张小心狗或者有监视系统那种的告示被偷的几率会降低

十幾年前開始我們就每換一次房子都會第一時間裝防盜門窗
一是防止小偷, 二是夏天沒有蚊蟲

其实小偷看开什么车就知道大概里面住的是什么人了，中国人家里没液晶电视的不多，只要有女的，家里肯定有苹果手机，就这两个偷一趟就够本了，买保险装摄像头防盗门窗才是上策

刚才去northcote。看见停车场停车的地方一片碎玻璃，肯定是之前停在那里的车被砸了！

Auckland man Jesse Groet was half asleep when he realised a stranger had just stepped into his room.

It would take him a few seconds to figure out that the young man with a ski mask on top of his head was a burglar.

"I was still in a daze. I looked at him and he saw me and then he started yelling to his mate to get out of the house.

"I was still naked in bed, so I had to put some pants on and chase him out of there."

Mr Groet, 27, is one of three flatmates who live at a property on Waipa St, Birkenhead, on the North Shore.

Police were called just after 10am yesterday after Mr Groet chased the two would-be burglars out of their home.

"I managed to get a punch in there, on one of them ..."

The man who entered his room had a ski mask on top of his head. On seeing Mr Groet, the burglar snapped it down, covering his face.

The pair got away in a stolen car, found abandoned on Seaview Rd, Glenfield, a short time later.

Despite police being called and an Eagle helicopter searching the area, the offenders got away.

It wasn't until afterwards Mr Groet thought about how badly the situation could have turned out.

"I didn't think about it at the time ... And your first thought, anyway, is that there's someone in your house and to chase them out."

The incident comes after a vehicle was stolen from the flatmates' home on Saturday.

"They would've had the house keys and they must've thought we were all at work," Mr Groet said.

They have since had locks in the house changed.

• The offenders are described as being in their late teens to early 20s. One is of slim to average build and both are of Maori or Pacific descent.

我住glenfield,前天晚上半夜邻居家的狗狗从它家的狗洞里出来叫，狗叫声停止后，我听到有快步走的脚步声。估计小偷想光顾我家，结果让狗狗吓跑了。

我家自从去年招了贼后，我立马养了条黑背，又招了个也养黑背的房客，妈的，贼再来，爷破着我的狗被政府人道，也要他掉块肉！
