"People should have been given at least a week's notice to spend the voucher," wrote Irene De Marco.

DSE破产的传闻已经有挺长时间了，就是觉得他们在圣诞节前卖出好多VOUCHERS,然后过了新年公司宣布破产清盘，VOUCHERS不能用了，这应该算商业欺诈吧？

你们想太多了，都是商业行为。这些大公司也都有法律顾问，消费者告不赢的，顶多就是不道德。

可是人家都快要倒闭了，道德不道德，有关系么？

很难说DICK SMITH是故意这么做，证据不足，而且会是时间很长的官司。两败俱伤。最后法律费用可能比LAYBY/ GIFT CARD赚的黑钱还多。
人家公司可以还钱，前提是得有钱还。。。这种GIFT CARD HOLDER法律上讲，破产清盘后，属于最后轮到的债权人。。。基本上拿到钱的希望渺茫。

反正DS马上就要倒闭了，破罐破摔吧。

记住千万莫买礼品卡以后。。
