F4.40.30.1 Evidence of guaranteed minimum lifetime income
Evidence of guaranteed minimum lifetime income includes:
pensions that will be paid to the applicant(s) indefinitely, including during any time that they will be New Zealand residents or citizens; or
other stable income paid to the applicant(s) indefinitely, including during any time that they will be New Zealand residents or citizens.
An immigration officer may decline an application if they are not satisfied the applicant(s) income:
is guaranteed; or
is stable (to at least the minimum level specified at F4.30.5); or

I am wondering if parent is guaranteed by pension, when they live in NZ and become NZ tax resident, do they need to declare their pension as overseas income?
