你好，想请教一下大律师，在特产品店买的保健品和化妆品是否可以7天内无理由退货？

我们在一家特产品店买了近2000多块钱的保健品和化妆品，但是发现有些东西买贵了，第二天跑去退货，被店家拒绝，请问这种做法合法吗？因为我记得新西兰法律里，只要没有损坏商品和拥有相关收据，是可以7天无理由退货的。是这样的吗？

是可以的！但是你懂的。。。你吵不过他，除非你找律师。。。这就是现实。

错误，在新西兰是没有这样的法律的。

Usually when you buy things the contract is final. You don't have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you've changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

When you are NOT entitled to a refund

You are not automatically entitled to take goods back for a refund if you’ve changed your mind and decide you don’t want the goods. For example, you won’t be able to get a refund on goods if:

you have buyer’s remorse and wish you hadn’t spent the money
you find cheaper goods in a different shop
you get the goods home and your wife doesn’t like the colour
you buy some clothes, don't try them on beforehand and find out later that they're too small
you buy goods as a gift for someone and they already have these goods.

啊！这样啊~~~那为什么像warehouse，Metro10那样的大店就不需要理由直接退，难道这个只跟商家的policy 有关？

Some retailers will let you change your mind
Although the law doesn’t require it, some retailers will let you return goods for a cash refund and some retailers will let you return goods for an exchange or a credit note.

Store policy

您好，7天无理由退货并不是法律，而是一些店家的政策。

如果只是买贵了而没有其他合理理由，对价不需要退货的。
