各位前辈们有没有IT类的关于job description 解释的问卷分享？

A description of the purpose of xx position with your company in your own words (I already have a copy of the job description but also require a description of her role in plain English)?

When did xx start with your company?

How many hours a week does xx work?

What is xx current remuneration?

What is the duration of xx current employment agreement with your company and, if it is fixed term, is it renewable?

Is xx　required to plan, produce and maintain websites using web programming languages, software applications, technologies and databases together with specifications of user needs?

还有就是比较详细的问题，要看你it哪种工作了，这是我自己的雇主调查

我问被问了六条job description .....都不知道如何解答，？你有关于技能方面的答案供参考吗？

Underneath each of the tasks from a) to f) below, please provide a brief description of xxx involvement (if any) in these tasks:

b)    Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods –

c)    Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification –

d)    Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards –

e)    Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures –

f)    Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades –

我老板只是回答了yes or no…没别的了，可能因为你的合同不够详细吧？

你写的过于专业技术化了，你只能解释平时做的哪些工作是分别对应上门的 A-F即可。

比如这个，你可以举例：以前的哪个程序你要修改和维护，终端用户指导手册编写和维护
