$1000-1200 for the PC considered as 2nd hand.

All peripherals could be somewhere around $200 as 2nd hand?

So totally $1500 value max?

The Radon card is using 500W PSU, which means not 280/290 card, most likely it is a 4GB version R9-270X which is even lower than a GTX960. CPU is ok but only 3rd gen, I'd rather have a newer i5 for gaming purpose. SSD and 4TB hard disk won't worth too much.
