新西兰是民主国家吗？is this country New Zealand with freedom? Do you have freedom New Zealand?

只有在法律(规定，制度，可能也有道德)框架下的freedom才是真正的freedom,不然必然有部分人的权益被其他人侵犯。

关于freedom的命题太多了，google一下就够了。

而且democracy 和freedom 不是因果关系吧

我真的觉得在网上扯这个话题有点浪费时间。lz实在觉的不合理可以去投诉新西兰的人权委员会。

I'm completely agree with the statement you made earlier, however I think I had to explicate the different aspect between democracy and freedom in regarding you have questioned me the relationship between their two. I have also checked out the link you put at the end, and the web claims that they are a commission but in my opinion not some department incharges the court neither in law, I've been noticed that there is a short term in last second one(domain?)in the link which the co I believe that stands for corporation, in term of the meaning of corporation it usually refers to company, besides, company make profit, not fighting to against crime

西方的民主，对于在国外呆的久点的人来说只能是呵呵，，，

自由是普世价值，而民主本身不是。
刚刚骂民主的原因不是说反对用普世价值来维护稳定。而是看不惯西方用所谓的民主来做婊子的勾当还建牌坊来炫耀

但是也要比中国大陆的制度好，一个正常自由民主的国家一个公民是不惧怕另一个公民，没有被所说的言论所威胁甚至被强制关压到监狱里的恐惧感所担心。but it would still be better than the regime( social institution) of fascist which it concerns the concept of monopolizing state owned media etc. in a state of mind, a citizen shall not be afraid( or concerning the fact that get send to jail or labor camp) of being threatened by another and be free to speak to public.

民主和自由都是相对的，没有绝对的。如果你觉得某个国家不够民主，不够自由，那也是正常的。

歧视？你回国看看，多少农民工在城市受歧视？这里还是分人。歧视哪里都有，只是这个基村相对于其他城市来说确实严重了点。
