a few indicators, including the people i dealt with (city council) indicate some slow down is happening. how long it will last, not so sure.......
1)Seller are not desperate, as there is no pressure to sell unless they need money, or lost the job, low interest means they can service the interest.
2) "must sell sellers" will face some challenge, at this time.
3) seller expectation remains high, normally it will take a few months for them to adjust to market expectation.
You can never time the market, as the saying go, "allow 10%-15% margin of error,if you are exiting the market, so that there is a taker". This statement does not apply to long term investors.
