But the CV just 580k......

If it's a pass in on auction , try to offer about 870k and get feedback from them, coz dunno the vendor's situation, you are buyer and you got many options on the market, good luck.

it is quite close to the flood sensitive area, suppose a half hour or 1 hour storm, the whole drive will be blocked, and the playground nearby, check the slope. that is also the flooding path.

this is a common strategy, make noises.

normally, we minus more than 100k on listing price.

they pretty much want to tell buyer that the property was not sold for it worth much more than buyers thought. and they looking for a stupid new buyer to pay the extra
