请问1206的D2，have you attached police certificates for each person aged 17 years and over included in your application from all countries you have lived in for 12 months or more(whether on one visit or intermittently) in last 10 years?

之前有看前辈写新西兰的不用提供police certificates移民局会自己查，那
if you have not provided all of the police certificates reqired, please explain why.

我们应该怎样解释呢？

不用解释，提供国内的无犯罪证明就行了

最好2张证明信加上公证件，因为一张会被公证处收走
