先出來的88套是terrace house

兩房50w的話。。。。自住還不如買crown lynn place的公寓。兩房才30多

1800套一下子出来，那么大量，价钱恐怕上不去。。。

已经许多人等着买了. 公寓和排房不能比啦, 再说crown lynn place以前好象漏水,虽然现在换了部分外墙, 可和新建的那栋公寓一房的也差十五万... 人们还是喜欢新房的. 按照最新building code, 房子保温,抗震,设计方面都会比那么久以前建的房子好些.

只有前面88栋是联排,其他的是公寓, 肯定会做大型停车场,以后那边会比较密集,西区最中心的商业区,没有之一....

昨天路过专门去看了下，过马路又是另外一个住宅区，基本上都是联排，不知道是不是政府公屋

a colleague of mine is about to buy one.
it have a lot flaws but it's hard to find anything decent for 50w 2bed in central auckland.
Also it will be close to future new Lynn transport hub, so I think it's worth buying.

Any one have any other comments?

不便宜啊，两房townhouse都69.4，还是第一期的价格，这公屋也太豪华了

，而且现在new lynn地价不便宜，不应该做公屋吧

just all the usual problems with buying terrace properties this:

1. the general risks comes with buying off-the-plan
2. comes with body crops
3. No land
4. small shared driveway
etc..

if budget allow, even a unit or half-share property will be better.

踏马的newlynn那么中心的位置一下子多出1800户人家来。那就是最少1800辆车啊。等到都住满了人的那一天。早上的newLynn会不会堵成一坨屎？要老子亲命了

放心，以这边的建设速度，没法一下子弄出1800套来

你每天进出这个区域都能看到几十个上百个卖房的牌子到处林立，就像世界末日来临一样。

牛琳火车站附近的那片公寓就是，还没有1800户那么多呢，随时随地看到一片一片卖房的牌子子，因为建筑密集，特别显眼，卖房子的牌子也特别集中。

newlynn 现在的交通就已经是SHI 了，再来几千辆车挤在一起，真心不能通了。 69 万的排房应该很不错吧，挺贵的啊
