Fidel Lopez, 24, of Florida, told police he became enraged when girlfriend Maria Nemeth, 31, invoked her ex's name during sex twice Saturday
Criminal complaint states Lopez shoved a beer bottle, a hair iron and both his fists inside the woman's sex organs while she was unconscious
The Sunrise man also admitted to pulling 'internal tissue' from Nemeth's body
Lopez told police during an interview he became 'a monster'
He initially lied to police that it was Nemeth who made him insert foreign objects into her body during 'rough sex'
Nemeth met Lopez through her work as a leasing agent at the apartment complex where the murder took place
