1，我们父母EOI8月17日被选,现在收到邀请信,请问关于1206,sectionI declaration by personing assist the applicant ,我们需要填写和签字吗，因为父母不会外语所以一定是我们帮填的，这项要填吗？
2，他们一年前办3 年多次往返做的体检，是3年有效吧，但我看1206后面application checklist : general medical certificate and certificate chest x-ray(less than three mouths old) for every person ,if required
请问他们还需要做x-ray吗？

我看到了X-ray要做，上面的表是 要填第2项： I have assisted the applicant with recording information on the form 是吗？
