QV，Google map显示都是Mt roskill。都在倒霉路西侧了，肯定不可能是three kings吧

为吓莫忽略康嫂呢？ City Council网站上查到的为准，其他都不是，所以肯定是 Three Kings

说明了，不要很久mt roskill,three kings新房都要200，价格已经超越Remuera(非双校网），medowbank等区域。

一定要买政府房多的房子，因为政府要提高房价比个人容易多了。
