多种因素，多管齐下？---Milford 六个月中间价居然升了46.3%（2-7月与去年同期比）---八月起/后，增幅应不再有？

They measure the jump in median sale prices for the six months between February and July 2015 compared with the same period last year.Milford topped the list, recording a dramatic 46.3 per cent increase - almost twice the Auckland average - to $1.161 million.

半岛在QV上的房产中价目前是77万8，文章中是85万6。为什么会差距这么大？其他区域和QV上的数据都差不多。

这是前20 个涨幅最大的热点地区是吗？别的地方可能涨的没有这么高吧，不过本身便宜的区比较容易涨幅大。西区涨幅就挺大的，但不知道什么时候西区才能净化的安全安静。

西区南区比较牛。理由很简单，那些区域的涨幅基本是原地涨价。北岸的那些区域有大量分割新房上市抬高价位。
