我今天（9月7日）拿到PR Approve, 但是有condition. 具体内容如下：Visa is invalid if holder is outside NZ with expired travel conditions. Please apply for transfer of this visa when the passport expires. This visa is subject to conditions imposed under s49 of the Immigration Act 2009. Holder must take up employment offer within 3 months of the grant of the first resident visa and remain in that employment for a period of at least 3 months.
我有3个问题想请教。
1. Visa is invalid if holder is outside NZ with expired travel conditions是什么意思？我必须做到什么？
2. 如果说永久居留必须PR拿到后两年才可以换，那我的两年是从今天（9月7日）开始算，还是从三个月后正式贴纸开始计算？、
3.从今天开始我是否可以享受PR所有权利义务？比如医疗？
