在一份Title上看到这样一段话：
“Boundaries of areas to be leased are the external faces of exterior walls, structures and roofs.
Area marked (1) to be subject to a restrictive covenant.
Restrictive covenant boundaries are not visible defined unless otherwise stated. ”
该如何理解这段话？谢谢你的帮忙！

我其實不是律師這些條文的解讀應該找他們的

不過從字面看應該是crosslease / leasehold 之類的法律文件（covenant？caveat ?）吧？大概是說能租出去的地方範圍只是外牆/房子外面等你要找回這個restrictive boundaries 看看裡面的條文和這個 ‘Area marked （1）在哪裡

最後一句有點玄不過相信就是說從來上面這些說明外這個邊界除非其他特別指示下外觀上是不會被特別標明的所以你去到現場也不一定會看到有標明租出地帶的邊界
