大市犹豫，小市骚动！

本以为9月上市量够多了，今天一看北岸Trademe卖房/租房数量居然高达960/816，而Realestate的卖房Listing则高达1145. 春天毕竟是春天，卖家信心依然满满！这么多选择买家是否可入市了？

7.8.9月大量的小投资者入市后，租房市场已房源多多！现在是买自住房的时候了？

$1.9W is development contribution fee （报价)-这直到你盖好房子，申请224c 才需要付。subdivion consent total paperwork charge only 1.0-1.3w(included Council Fee).

分割费用粗算的话会在10-15万之间，里面包含paperwork的费用，土地贡献费，设计师费用，公共污水管道延长（这个视情况而定，有些分割不需要），三通，drive way等等，还有一些小的费用就不一一列出来了，个人建议如果没经验的话还是找人帮你跑分割手续或者直接买熟地吧。
